Cooled Solution Nagavara Bangalore

I had sent a AC Service request through Sulekha. A approved Sulekha vendor called Cooled Solutions came & Serviced my AC’s & charged me close to 4000 for service & coolant filling. They said all AC were fine. But within a month the AC coolant was empty again!! Called Cooled Solutions again & this time they sent a boy to come & fill the AC. He had no idea what he was doing & I think ended up breaking the joint by over tightening the nuts. He charged me another 1500 for filling the coolant again. The same error message (coolant empty) came on just 2 hours after he left. I don’t think he filled anything & neither did the technician that was sent the first time. I have been trying to reach them for the last 1 week & they are all avoiding my calls. This company are real scamsters!! After spending close to to 5500, my AC is without coolant & no one has come to fix the problem! DO NOT use his Cooled Solution company. And shame on Sulekha for promoting this company!!

To do both general service and gas refilling, I contacted this service provider.for both, they charged around 1500 .i had to bargain them in the charge and I feel that I paid little bit high charge for the ac repair when compared to market amount .service was good and prompt .so I feel it as an average service

We are planning to uninstall my Voltas Split Ac in my Home, I got a service through this center, the service is Okay, their response was good & they came and done the work on time, but the AC uninstall not done properly due to the Ac power cable cut. they charged me 500 for the service. Overall, I got average service from them.
