i must say do not use any of their service and do not buy anything from here. they are more then worst. they are making fool of everyone. there is one executive named mohan who is very very very unprofessional. he is the one who serviced our photostat machine and said you need to replace developers. we are ok with that and he left after servicing the machine and replaced developers(may be wrong spelling). after six to seven months we got similar problem and we took our machine to their address becoz none of them is receiving phone call. when we reached there the person named mohan is so unprofessional and even didn't talk to us. he said that you have to pay 6750rs as you need to replace developera,drum,bush etc etc... and when we told that you already replaced developers then he said iski koi guarantee ni hoti aap jaa k andarr baat kro mere se mtt baat kro. and when we argue with him regarding his unprofessional beahaviour he said machine uthaa or nikll yhaa se. so don't go for it....
