Hello Creed team, I just wanted to say a quick thank you for helping me get myself healthy and stronger than i've been in a longtime. I know i still have long time to go, but i can already see the small changes in myself since i've started working out at your gym During the cold winter mornings there were times I thought it was too hard and I wanted to give up; however all the hard work "creed" team had put in with me kept me motivated to keep going. Most importantly 1.ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. 2.Team is extremely reliable & punctual ? always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. I thoroughly enjoy working out and would recommend "Creed" team to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a dedicated group of trainers.
