Never buy anything from here they have pathetic call centre service staff i have been bought 3ACs of CROMA they are not working from the first day everytime i call they say we have registered your complaint on high priority basis but it took more than 2months now still we are in high priority. You know what is high priority...thanks CROMA & TATA for giving me this gift. Call me @ 9650928692 if you want to know anything about this.

Purchased an air conditioner from Croma Store. The response was good and quick to my need. They have a wide range of air conditioners. The cost of the air conditioner is very reasonable. I am satisfied with them

Acquired an Ac from this shop, I preferred a Haier split AC 1.5 ton only, They provide me with an expected one. They have given me a warranty period. The demo which was showed from this shop are really good, and the cost of the Ac was within my budget and they did the free installation and free home delivery to me. They explained all the features and its usage. I am happy to purchase that Ac from here.

Looked out to buy new refrigerator…I have visited this shop and have booked refrigerator and given my address to deliver..they have delivered the fridge which I have not ordered,they changed the model,so I returned that…I am not satisfied with their service...
