Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

1st they call to enquire if there is requirement of maintenance for any electronic devices? After knowing all the details we confirm that, we have a Sony 3d TV which is having problem in picture quality. They send a technician immediately on the same day. Took the TV with them repair the same raised a bill and we paid. Almost paid 6050 for the part change and repair. Exactly after one week the same problem again started happening we called them, now they started avoiding us. When asked to send technicians now no one is available to provide support. I myself took the TV and handed them 2nd time in their office. Now it’s being 3months no updates from their end. What should I call them professionals or scammer?

Very fraud company. Engineers/technician don't have deep technical knowledge, have only superficial knowledge. Their troubleshooting skills is very poor. If you need peace of mind do not even think of going to this company. They do not care about the customers problem. The moment any job comes to them they start using their brain how to loot the customer. Their only mission is to loot customers, don't solve their problem or rectify the defect but keep on asking money every now and then. This company is completely hopeless . They steal spares and then you have to buy new . If you tell them it was already there then they start arguing and fighting. Please you all as my fellow citizens , I would warn you all not to go to this company and get your appliances repaired from any other company except Cyborg services. This company has not repaired by Fridge, my family is suffering since last 15 days because of this company. They have taken the spares in name of repair and are not returning now

Cheat and fraud company. Took our tv for repair and 5400 INR in advance but did not repair the product even after 45 days and fid not return the money. We are still waiting for the tv to be returned. When we go to their office they dont have the tv with them and when they say it will be delivered, they dont have a delivery boy. We have filed a complaint against them in consumer court and will be filing Police report next. BEWARE of SUJOY CHAKRABORTY, GOPAL SAHA, LISA and PRIYANKA..whole team is a bunch of liars..
