First They will talk politely, then tell we will attend the problem, after that they come and see the UPS, after five minutes they will ask "you can buy the UPS what we have! This UPS will not work, it can't be correct, The technical people won't do anything. Just see, you can buy these new stuff. After that if we say we cant buy , then they will ask 350 Rs for the service charge. Beware of these shop.
