D. Pauls Tour & Travels Malviya Nagar Delhi

I (S K Khurana) along with my wife booked DPauls for 6 Nights Holiday Package Tour to Mauritius on 24 Feb 2020 with Travel Dates from 11 June 2020. We paid Rs 40,000 @ Rs 20,000 per person as advance. Due to lock-down in March due to on set of Covid, we requested D Pauls to cancel the booking and refund the advance. Hotel reservation were not made by them till that time and international flights were cancelled. Request for cancellation was made over 2 months before Travel Dates. However, D Pauls totally refused to refund any money for no reason at all and kept on giving irrelevant reasons. This is something not acceptable from a Tour Operator who take complete payments in advance and then behave so unprofessionally. This is simply cheating and nothing else by any means and poor customer is in no position to deal with it. S K Khurana

Fraud travel agency. They are biggest travel agency. Never ever trust them. They are there to just take money from you. They showed us different package at the time of selling and once I done whole payment changed the itinerary and when I reported it. They said yes it is mistake from our side but we cannot do anything and I can go anywhere I want. They have trapped us. Please help us to get justice.

With thehelp of this business people I got a good Tour Operator service,also they charged me resonable amount for that .their service was very good and proper.they providing good service for all .

This was the first time we used Dpauls travel and it will obviously not be the last. They had coordinated everything wisely and from themoment we arrives in Mauritius, it was all in perfect order.... make our honeymoon more special/ we got spa treatment free from Hotel and it was really relaxing. we were even given a bottle of sparkling wine in the room abnd t-shirts to welcome us. the most lovely part was d romantic candle light dinner in the beach. these are special memories and we are really glad that we booked our honeymoon with dpauls. as far as the place is concerned it was so beautiful that we never wanted to come back. the ile aur surf island in particular was fab.

Contacted to this travel agency and booked 8 number of tickets from Delhi to Bangkok. They quoted Rs.24,000 per ticket and it was a round trip. They have delivered the tickets on time and I am really happy with their job.
