Das appliance is a fraud company....they take AMC for my pureit purifier and upon servicing they took all the original parts of the purifier....after that my purifier stop working and they said they want to take my purifier and repair at their service center ....then I doubt them and called for a verified service person and then got to know about the lost original parts..people be aware of this fraud

Das appliances is a fraud company. They have taken 5000 from me for amc of my Kent RO water purifier. After repeated calls for 4-5 days, they have sent the engineer today. It was for normal servicing and cleaning. My water purifier was perfect. The so called engineer doesn't know how anything. And he has spoiled my water purifier. Since they have done the work, water is continuously leaking from the machine. When i told them, they talked to me casually and even try to justify that it happens like that. They are a number one fraud star. Please don't trust these people.

You can read google reviews. It has been 2 months I'm calling for chimney cleaning and everytime they say it will take 15 days. The girls at the call centre are highly unprofessional. They say after 1st service they will give service only after 5 months completed. I took 3 services for a year. Just one done in Feb and later no response. In fact the girls answering the calls will even say stupid details about chimney as if they are mechanical engineers. Shame!
