Very bad customer service and also not genuine in laptop service.My sony laptop bottom panel was broken and so i went for changing the bottom panel.The said they Wil do service on behalf of me.they did as said but for changing panel the entire parts in my laptop has to be replaced on new panels.While he did replacing,he mishandled the keys circuit board by slapping in their palm for removing the dust. ActualIty for dust removing some brushes should be used instead that shop owner did it by slapping on Palm.I told to that shop owner this is not procedure for cleaning the keyboard circuit.He replied we always use to do the same thing for every lap.After service my lap keyboard is not at all workng.Earlier there's no any fault in my laptop except the broken panels.Bcs of their worst handling the keys were lost.For that they are saying reason,there is circuit break while doing repair so i wil give u external keyboard to manage.I strongly told don't want external i want my lap as it is and also I wil not pay.But idiotic shop owner asking me money to change the keys.he shuld retain lap witout any charge.very much fake service i had over there. Employees are fairly good but that shop owner is ful of money minded and cheating people by doing mistakes themselves in product and imposing the replacement charge on customer. Repair is also not accurate. Don't ever prefer such third party shops for laptop mobile and PC services. Choose concern products company service centers
