Preparation of financial statements in schedule III with notes to accounts, Maintaining Fixed Assets Register for corporate clients. 4. AUDITING:- Income Tax Audit & Transfer pricing audit under Income tax Act, Statutory Audit under company law, MVAT Audit and Internal Audit for various industries, Investigative and Fraud Detection Audits to help detect frauds and leakage of funds. 5. TAX ADVISORY RELATED WORK:- Assisting in filing TDS returns, revision if required, assisting in obtaining Lower TDS certificates from department if required. Assisting on other compliance aspects such as tax registration like TAN registration, PF registration etc. Assisting in analyzing and advising on the tax treaty eligibility and provisions. Assisting in advising withholding tax obligations on payments to residents/non-residents. Assisting in filing remittance certificates in Form 15CA-15CB. 6. LITIGATION RELATED:- Assisting in preparation and filing of submissions and representations before revenue authorities on various matters including assessment/reassessment proceedings, penalty proceedings and stay of demand. Assisting in strategizing tax litigation & drafting of Income Tax Appeal Forms, statement of facts, grounds of appeal, & preparation of various submissions for appeal before CIT (A) & adjournment letters. Assisting in representation for pending tax refunds, rectification and follow-up with the revenue authorities. Drafting of responses to show cause notices received from tax authorities for various assesses. 7. ASSISTING IN OTHER VALUE ADDED SERVICE:- Assisting in computation of valuation of share for issuance of share, income tax purposes. Assisting in preparing value added statement of clients for value creation purpose. Assisting in preparation of project reports for obtaining credit facilities with computation of relevant ratios.
