DCP Administrative Office Camp Pune

Last night 12/13 Jan, I had visited Hadapsar police station, Pune. My maids daughter in law who had gone out at 8:30 pm to purchase veggies from a nearby shop was assaulted/molested by a neighbour. She was frightened and had reported this to my maid(Manisha) who in turn went to their neighbour Krishna alias Ghello. Ghello and his family along with other 30 supporters barged into their home and abused and hit Manisha and her family. These goons of their area had even threatened them of desire consequence and death. When we approached the police station we were asked to come the next day and report the incident. Fortunately Dcp Mahesh Ghatte sir had visited the police station and while leaving from the police station he saw me and Manishas family waiting at the gate. He called me and asked me the details of the incident and ordered action against the accused/culprit. On his order the police at the station took immediate action and recorded our statement.
