I would be very happy if I have any option to give them ZERO (0) rating. They do not have any professional ethic and idea how to deal with the customers. Highly unprofessional and so much pathetic. they are just running a typical Lala shop.

Even if you have paid your bill, they will still cut your connection on the particular date and after that, you have to spend the whole day for reconnection. One has to call at least ten times. I am forced to write this review today because even after payment, my cable connection has been disconnected and it has been two days now, and it's not yet reconnected. WORST SERVICE. NOW ITS TIME TO GO FOR SOMETHING ELSE.
