Charged Without Providing Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

I paid 20K to Keerthan reddy, he is incharge of this agency. He has sent a maid for 1 month and after that maid left the job and Keertan is not replying back. His phone is in switch-off mode at all the times. This is a fraud agency and don't fall prey for this agency.

Agency took full advance on the day they brought the maid. Maid left after 4 days and agency after taking Rs.20000 not responding my call neither not responding message. No replacement provided. I tried multiple times to connect to agency but not picking up call. Will approach consumer court if no response today also.

I am looking at lodging a case with the consumer court for charging Rs 10,000 as advance if they fail to refund by 6th May 2023, which they have said they would do.
