This center is one of the worst service center I have seen, as I have given my TV for service, for the color contrast issue, Sandeep came and took the TV and committed the service with in 2 days, he took the CRT and took 800 advance and went, now he is not picking the calls, nor calling back. Its almost 6 days over and he is not responding to the calls. Even he picks the calls, he is telling we will give today, tomorrow like that. Now he switched off the phone and not responding. Even Such marketing agencies, as sulekha and other should rate this agencies there by intimating them as the customer is not satisfied hence Sulekha should remove the adds.

Approached this service centre to repair my Toshibha TV since there was some issue with the display. 14 days back they have taken my TV to their service centre for the repair. They have rectified that there is problem with the panel and it sholud be replaced. He quoted me Rs.15000 which I felt it is a high price. I requested him to do for Rs.10000 or to return my TV back but till now he didn't do anything. Still my TV is with him only and he is not at responding me. It was a horrible experience with him and I am not at all satisfied with their service.

Since display got some issue with my Samsung TV, the display was replaced and the issue was solved. They immediately came and did the work. They quoted me Rs.9000 and their work was professional. Now it is working fine and I am pleased with their service. <br/>
