NEVER EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY BY CHOOSING THIS TRAVELS. DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. VERY BAD CUSTOMER RESPONSE. We have booked for Tempo traveller with Dinesh (Owner) and gave an advance amount of Rs.5000. Due to personal resaons we had to cancel our trip. So we have informed Dinesh and requested for an refund on 20th Dec 2018. He agreed to refund the complete amount of Rs.5000. Till this point his talks were charming enough. Then we came to know his true face. Intially I have sent mails and called him through mobile to inquire on the refund. As days passed he started ignoring my calls and mails. Even if he picks the call, he gives reasons for delay in payment. As days passed he started disconnecting my calls and sent message as "I am driving". Trust me I have received around 40 messages with the same text. When I tried to contact him from other number, he disconnects the call as soon as he hears my voice. From 20th Dec 2018 to till date (12 Mar 2019) I have not received even an penny.

Overall, I really like the experience. We rented MUV / SUV car for an Outstation trip, I got service from this travels Dinesh Tours And & Travels, Nazarabad Mohalla, We have taken Two days rented car, The car condition was good, I am happy to take this service, I am totally satisfied.
