No response to calls for replacement. The lady keeps saying she is out of station. It's been a month since we informed them of a replacement requirement. Don't waste money on these cheaters.

Big cheaters with wrong address and wrong phone numbers.beware of this fraud agency. owner named Venkat Ratnam himself is a fraud and he will never respond to our call, some lady will respond and tells he is out of station. that lady also attend the call only once and next time onwards if he or she sees our number they won't respond or switch off the phone. My sincere request is that beware of this agency.

Big Chester and lier. He will charge 5 to 3 thousands extra than any other agency in Bangalore. He Never be upto his promises. He will Act like doing social service and tell all lies at the time of dropping maid at our place and he will make promice that maid replacement will be done with in 24hrs.In last 4 months our maid went home for more than 3times he never provided replacement and lame all excuses and he never picks our call. PLease don't trust this agency. raja k

1. Fake office address given. 2.Once you pay,they never pick your call. 3.Even if they pick, they give all lame excuses. 4. Completely unprofessional. 5. They even shout at us if you question them and inform them that you might raise a consumer complaint. 5.They found a maid working from a nearby house and took those maids to our house. These maids had no idea about the agency. Instead of giving us registered maids,they just roam around the nearby area and find maids working in nearby houses and take them to our houses saying that they are from their agency and then get money from us. The reason behind hiring from agency is for getting trained professional maids rather than local people who take up maid jobs. But these people just fake everything right from their address to hiring process. 6. In Bangalore maids charge around 1500 per month for sweeping,moppingand doing the dishes daily. But they made us pay 1700 just for sweeping and mopping that too for once a week in a month
