Gm Sir. I ( Mrs Ghurye 58 years old )was a first timer for shoulder MRI ( recommended by Dr Chintan Desai ) at lower parel piramal tower centre. Had taken a proper appointment over phone ( on 4th March ) for the same to be done on saturday 7th March at 11.30a( this time suited me well ). I got message from lab on friday morning to be present 10 mins prior accordingly I reached at 11.10a on saturday, only to know from the receptionist Ms Anjali that there was a delay and made me wait for about 2 hours( no prior intimation given on saturday ). I was accompanied by my 80 year mother & had to sit till 1.10p on the hard chair. ( my back has been hurting since Saturday -there was no prior intimation over wsap or phone or message of the delay. My phone records of true caller etc can reveal the same ). I found this rather ridiculous. Why seek an appointment is what I wonder.
