( Name changed) I came here for Anxiety Treatment 4 month before. I was diagnosed by Hypochondrial Anxiety (Excessive worried about health) by Dr. Ram Kumar. I was suffered from Breathlessness, cold sweating, Fear when I was join the night shift in my company. I feel very exhausted whole day and night. One of my friend advice me Ashwagandha and some multi vitamin (Ayurvedic medicine) for lethargy and Weakness.
