Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Highly disappointed ! I had a consultation with Dr. Narendra Gokle on the 28th, with a follow-up scheduled for the 3rd or 4th. Unfortunately, I missed the follow-up by a day and called the clinic on the 5th. To my surprise, I was informed that I would have to pay the entire consultation fee again. Paying the full fee again within 4-5 days is not feasible for many patients and feels more like a commercial transaction than a healthcare service. Clear communication about their policies and more flexibility would greatly improve the patient experience. "Patients deserve compassion, not just profit; consider seeking care from doctors who prioritize people over payments."

In case of emergency also they don't provide appointment. We all know he is a busy doctor but some patients genuinely need urgent attention. And refusing to treat patients just because of appointment even when they require attention is not fair at all.
