She completed her MBBS in 2005 and DNB Internal Medicine from National Board of Examination, New Delhi in 2010 in first attempt. She had also completed one year training in Critical Care medicine and attended various advanced courses in Diabetes, Thyroid and other concern subjects. Dr Sushma Jadhav is instructor for Basics life support (BLS) and Advance cardiac life support (ACLS). She is also active working committee member of Baner Balewadi Medicos Associations (BMA) Which conducts many social and health related activities.
