Worst ever experience! The movie theater was filled with rats. While watching the movie we felt something on our feet, we thought it's just fallen popcorn. We didn't think it could be our worst fear. It was a rat! When we returned back from the washroom during interval we saw 2 rats running around under the seats of our row! It is beyond disgusting that such a theater cannot get proper pest controls done. We pay such amounts for our tickets, the food inside to have a good time and this is what they are serving. I am shocked! And when complained to the manager on duty, Sarthak, I don't think he got the severity of the situation! He did try to compensate but I am appalled at the experience! Disgusting! Never coming to this theater again! Would suggest you guys too, to not come here and be welcomed by rats in the theater! Ruined 'Raid' for us!
