consignment no: H01076898 Worse services ever. Never expected this from DTDC I have couriered my final report long back on last Monday i.e 7th Aug through DTDC and kept on tracking and complaining their customer care nobody even bothered to resolve this issue. They were claiming that they delivered the parcel, as I am in touch with University I realized that University never received the parcel. Every time I contact them they come up with new case number but no resolution. I will never use DTDC again, I am done. It broke my trust

DTDC courier is a very good courier service. Its time of delivery is very speed. Product protection is very nice. its security is also very good.Price is also suitable.customer support is also very nice.

Through this Service ,we have received the parcel within hyderabad .charges was very modest rate. Their service was very good. Till now we haven't received any complaint regarding their service. They used to deliver the parcel ontime.good service by them.

Sent a courier to Bangalore, through DTDC recently. The courier has not been delivered it now, We are still trying to track its response is also very late. Waiting for their immediate action.

Received one unknown parcel from Mumbai to Hyderabad. I want known about that contact number who has to send this parcel through this DTDC Courier & Cargo Ltd.So they tracked that contact number and their response also good.I'm very satisfied about their service.
