very third class service we had experirieced. Already seven days gone but our packet Docket ni B20376867 not yet delivered.I tried to contact at their customer care no 5055526,27 & 38 but no body picks the phone. So that you cannot register your complaint. worthless. No body listens . most of the franchisee the do not bother . they are also not happy with the DTDC, the way they works. actually Rating should be in (-)minus
