WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER. ALL MY PARCELS WERE SEND BACK TO THE DISPATCHER FROM MADURAI ITSELF FOR NO REASON. IT HAS HAPPEN TO ME THRICE. GOT MY PARCEL DELIVERED AGAIN THRU SOME OTHER COURIER SERVICE. BETTER THEY STOP OPENING UP NEW OFFICES AROUND WHEN dtdc IS NOT READY TO DELIVER THE GOODS.

very very worst service. Especially the madurai hub.my order received at madurai dtdc hub at sep 13,2016 today sep 17,2016 still i hav not received my parcel. what are they doing ? irresponsible staffs. numbers are also fake .one number is switch of, another not taken,another wrong number, how can we receive if there is an emergency and important parcel ?very worst service ever
