Pathetic customer service..spoke to someone called Rima who had no idea how a courier service works..was checking details for a courier coming in and Rima looked for details for 10 mins and then asks for details again...and don't even have the courtesy to apologise or ask for specific details.

Normally I used this DTDC Courier.For sending and receiving the parcel from all over the india.charges depends upon the weight of the parcel.Their service was very good.Till now we haven't received any complain regarding their service.
