Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

They are not at all delivering the parcel to the recepient, instead they are just returning it statung receiver refused. I am the receiver and I am try to reach them out in all possible ways but they are simply un professional and not sure where my consignment is. They are unable to track it. And keep saying to me that user refused to receive the parcel. Never ever go for their service.

Very worst, without delivering the parcel they will update as successfully delivered, without any shame. Don't go for this, not providing good response on our query.

DTDC service is worst service and no customer service. Without delivering the article, system shows successfully delivered. Just they bluff the customer by saying its system error. Ond case they signed the acknowledgement themselves.....Avoid DTDC wherever possible.... I dont think they bothered about the customer...
