Worst courier service and worst office (Vanchiyoor). They do not update the status of the parcel, do not pick up their phone and do not even come to deliver the parcel.

there is a person by name Rajeev who worked at DTDC. he collected courier from me and said that he would get the consignement number the next day. he never sent the parcel to the destination. it was a return parcel. hence i was not able to get the refund amount also
