Very bad service,please not book anything from dctc

it took 8 days through flight service to reach courier from delhi to bangalore. moreover the delivery executive did not call before reaching the destination even after that and remarked as door closed......pathetic service

Good courier service I have Contacted this DTDC courier, I preferred to Ship my personal Garment items to the customers, His service and their responses are Good, They charged me per Kg 50, I have paid the very reasonable cost for my Garments. I am satisfied with this DTDC courier agents.

I sent one courier to BANGALORE and is more than 11 days still not able to track my consignment. 1.pathetic service None of the bangalore contact numbers would work. 2.If u manage to get call from one number that wouod come switched off the next day u want to reach them. 3.No professionalism. 4.No body bothers about any delay and for them this looks a routine. 5.One fine day u wouod get a call asking to come to office and collect courier. 6.waste of time&money.

I was waiting for my order from last 3 days after tracking it shows customer not available. No one receives the call and no address the issue. Very bad experience.
