He is a Science Graduate and pursued certain Diploma in Computer Science from NIIT, PG Diploma in Finance and pursued various other courses from NCFM & NISM etc. He has quite experiences in Financial Market Research, Capital Market etc. He pursued his LLB from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and worked with Mr. G S. Bhatt as a Legal Assistant for 3 years (2009 to 2012) and practicing before Supreme Court of India and before various other court and Tribunal since November, 2012. He has good knowledge of Corporate Law, Securities Law, Financial Laws, Competition Law, Civil & Criminal Litigation etc. He is the Member Supreme Court Bar Association bearing membership No. D/513 and also the member of Delhi High Court Bar Association bearing the Membership No. 10593/2012.. Mr. G. S. Bhatt, Senior Member of our firm, is an Advocate, enrolled with Bar Council of U.P. and possesses about 44 years of experience in Litigation before Supreme Court of India, Allahabad High court and before various other Courts/Tribunals etc. He has his expertise in Civil & Criminal Litigations. He also handled various other litigations efficiently because of his wide spread & large experience in litigations. He is the Member Supreme Court Bar Association and Allahabad High Court Bar Association.
