poor service , promised to send some body to install geyser purchased from them but they have not

I procured a 900 VA Sukam inverter and 150 ah Exide battery from this dealer. They quoted me Rs.19000 for the purchase along with installation. The service provided by these people was good and I am happy with the purchase.
