Pathetic service. Got a call first from the Service person named Amit Mishra for the service, he kept saying that will come soon, but finally sent someone else named Chandan Mishra who did not even know the job properly. He could not even open the plastic cover cleanly and dropped it and broke its side. Did not do the gas refill or service properly..Next day was not even picking the call.He worked on 29th March. Finally after calling so many time the first guy Amit came himself on 1st April to fix the issue. He also dropped my ac on the floor and broke the control board (motherboard) and broke it. Somehow later fixed it temporarily with glue and did the service job. I would never use this Sulekha service again. I have lost much more than i could ever benefit for it..Horrible experience..A big no for next time.
