Easy Moves Sector 5 Noida

I have made booking through easy moves from noida to wardha for shifting household items. Packages were mishandled and not packed double bed mattress. Washing machine and refrigerator has total body Damages and not in working condition. Total damages of 24,000 rupees were incurred by me. When I called Tarun he is not responding properly and not proper documentation was done and provided to me for insurance coverage and insurance company is not ready to claim and Damage risk. When booking I was told that insurance upto 50,000 is covered and packing and all the charges were paid in advance by me. Now, Tarun is not providing any document for insurance coverage claim and says it's not his responsibility. I would recommend not to use their services at any cost and to prevent loss of Damages. Now he is not picking up my calls and not providing any confirmation about insurance, and its been more than a month since I am calling these guys. Only use their services if you want to get your things damaged and not taken care of with trust to these people
