Edufusion is a social entrepreneurial initiative from Shikhar Solutech Private Limited. Edufusion mainly focused on imparting employability skills for students as well as to enhance knowledge among employees. It is a division of Shikhar Solutech Private Limited, a Chennai based ISO certified, consulting and HR services company. Edufusion has a bouquet of employability skill courses and programs.   Edufusion believes that the industry currently needs candidates who have multi-skills and therefore it is focusing on building a curriculum that enables the students to have more balance in their knowledge and skill levels. This would equip them to take the challenges of the corporate world as soon as they step in to it.   Edufusion has identified English communication, IT and certain behavioral & inter-personal skills as pre-requisite for an entry into the corporate world and has developed the content to suit the above requirements. We plan to introduce diploma courses in domain specific skills like HR, finance, interior design, marketing, supply chain,retail and sales.   We have all range of English training classes. Basic English, Grammar English and Integrated Business English are available in regular / weekend batches. We also run exclusive batch for housewives.
