We, at EduPace Academy, are determined towards making classroom studies stress free for students. We believe in the fact that learning of a subject is an easy job if it is being taught in an organised and presentable manner. EduPace Academy is a mission started by like-minded teachers for whom teaching is not just a profession, but a passion. We understand the very fact that intellectual level of students vary and this variation must be taken care of while teaching inside a classroom. The journey started long back when I, Shatrudha Prasad, was preparing for IIT JEE and giving private coaching to some 10 students at my home for class 12 boards. I started enjoying teaching. That was the time when I had no clue about my IIT selection but was kind of determined about my future profession after studies. That one-year teaching helped me a lot in getting a firm hold on concepts. After joining IIT Madras, I never let my passion for teaching die. In last two years of my B.Tech, I joined TIME institute as a part-time faculty. I trained CAT aspirants for 3 years before joining FIITJEE. Many of my students managed to get into IIMs. Never have I thought of entering any other industry. After joining FIITJEE Kolkata, I met G C Roy sir, HoD, chemistry department. We both always wanted to do something of our own, but we knew it's not going to be as easy as we think. We often used to discuss things about various options relating to our own Institute. We needed the courage to quit a well-secured job. After knowing about Santosh Kumar sir through one of my students, we decided to put our proposal to him. Santosh sir has been teaching physics for many years and was quite popular among Barrackpore area students. We three were like-minded and passionate about teaching. Giren sir's vast experience in education and Santosh sir's popularity among students given me enough courage to initiate this venture. The dream was getting shaped, and we three started working together enthusiastically towards making this dream come true. As a result, EduPace Academy came into reality. Giren sir's experience in holding various posts ranging from Academic Coordinator to Head of the Department helped us a lot in shaping multiple programs offered at EduPace Academy. Our Vision and MissionWe aim to provide quality education to all students appearing for various Engineering and Medical Entrance Examinations and ensure them a secure platform to make them able to transform their dreams into reality. "Your dreams are our inspiration, and your destination is our goal". Our vision is to make all students, irrespective of their intellectual level, benefit from new study techniques and make sure they deliver their best.
