waste of money My experience was worst with ego figo. I had opted for 8 streaks highlights but I am highly disappointed. Firstly they gave me an appointment of 2 pm but nobody turned up till 4. i kept on calling, but he said he is busy with some other client and cannot come till 6. Hence gave me appointment of 9.30 pm. They turned up at 10.30 in the night. Highlights were done but color was hardly visible. I had clearly mentioned to the beautician that I want dark colour highlights. But he did not bother. There was hardly any color visible. I complained the same but he started convincing me. I requested him to repeat 2 front streaks again so that atleast some effect of hair color can be noticed. But he refused. Ego Figo seems to be some cheap kind of salon who does not bother client' s satisfaction. My money was total waste.
