Servicing done by Electro Care Point to my Symphony Air Cooler. They charged nominal service charge of 300 only. Cooler is running fine as the service provided was good.

There was a motor problem in my Symphony brand Air cooler, So I have called to this service to get repaired. They didn't charge anything for their service. As they repaired properly now its working fine. I am satisfied with their service.

Serviced my Symphony Air cooler from this service center. They replaced a circuit and quoted me Rs.15000. I got 3 month warranty for the service. Now the cooler is running without any issues. They have provided me a excellent service.

My Symphony was not working properly, so I have contacted this vendor and there was some problem. They repaired it an under warranty. Now it is working in nice manner and I am glad to take service from them.

There was a pump problem in my Symphony air cooler, so I have called up this authorized service center to get replaced pump. They charged me Rs.1000 including service charge. The service rendered by them was excellent.

Through this service center I service my Air cooler since it had a pumping problem. They quoted me Rs.250 for the service and Rs.750 for changing the pump and gave me 1 month warranty. They took nearly a week for the service. Overall I am happy with their service.
