Satisfactory service from "Eureka Forbes Ltd.", Civil Lines. I approached them to purchase Ro+UV water purifier. I got a quick response from them and they explained about all brands purifier. Then I selected Eureka Forbes RO. Immediately 2 people came with Eureka Forbes RO+UV capacity of 7 liters. Within 1 hour they installed the Ro. They were very professional, dedicated and knowledgeable. For Ro, they provided the warranty of 1 year. I paid them Rs. 13500 for Ro purchase and installation. I'm very happy with their excellent work and would like to recommend everyone.

One of the worst company ever used , i personally suggest every consumer to kindly reject this company , they never come to visit on complains , poorest service ever seen. Third class service ..

ABSOLUTELY THIRD RATE SERVICE. THE MACHINE COULD NOT BE ATTENDED TO EVEN AFTER 12 DAYS. NO ONE HAS ANY ANSWERS. AFTER EIGHT DAYS, ON 12TH.MARCH, MR. JYOTI MOHAN BOSE OF LUKERGANJ SERVICE CENTRE PROMISED TO ATTEND ON 12TH. MARCH EVENING POSITIVELY. FURTHER FOUR DAYS HAVE PASSED. THERE IS NO INFORMATION. IT SEEMS EUREKA FORBES BELIEVES THAT CUSTOMERS ARE BEGGARS NOT KINGS. COMPANY MOTTO SHOULD BE AMENDED TO READ "YOUR ENEMY FOR LIFE" INSTEAD OF "YOUR FRIEND FOR LIFE"
