No service at all, Only AMC sales

Very Bad experience. we pay huge amount for servicing. I have observed the Technician whose name is Mr. Anil Chaube, goes to next door and request for signature on the card stating that he completed servicing day before but forgot to take signature. This time when I called him on Sunday since we are at home on Sundays only, he said he will clear the call and do it on Sunday. Then he never turned for servicing the machine. We go to reputed Company expecting good service. Otherwise many water purifiers are available in the market at a cheaper rate. Seema Raut (Mob: 9322106913)

they are only interested in saleing there machines, there is no after sale services provided. We requiered hose pipe of wet and dry vaccume machine no body gave responce, there salesman never picked up phone as they might not have any commision on it. I also tried there wesite ,mail and consern department but no responce. I will not suggest any body to buy there vaccume cleaner .

Procured a new Aqua guard water purifier for residential use through this dealer. They charged me Rs.9000 for the purifier. They did install the water purifier properly within a span time. I am gratified with their service.

From this shop, We have purchased an Aqua guard water purifier. Totally it cost me Rs.7900 for the purifier. The product provided by them is very good in quality and also nominal in rate. I am contented with the purchase from this shop.
