Regret nearing a year no person has visited for minimal two services under warranty. We get message person is visiting and after few days get messages person visited. When called recently and updated status they assured to arrange person for Dr.Acquaguard water filter services but over fortnight no one has visited. Now if any helath issues occur in family Eureka Forbes shall be solely responsible for cost and consequences. Surprisingly, they keep on messaging to pay for AMC as warranty period about to expire. If call for demo they are too enthusiast but after sales we people suffer

Purchased a new Aqua guard water purifier from this shop. They quoted me Rs.8900 for the product and provided one year warranty. I am satisfied with my purchase as they responded me well and provided a good quality product.
