I gave a chiffon saree for drycleaning which to my utter shock was delivered to me with stains running throughout the length of the saree.The manager reassured me that they will be taken care of but when i went to pick it up the saree was unironed with the stains as it is. the manager of course took no responsibility. A reputed shop which sadly could not live upto its name and lacks expertise in its field of work. A terrible experience.

I gave them a dress for dry cleaning on December 24th and asked them if they could dry clean it by December 25th. They said they will keep it ready by 7:00PM. I asked them multiple times since it was Christmas and needed it by December 25th night - If it wasn't possible, I wouldn't give it to them. They marked it urgent and assured me that they will have it dry cleaned and ready for pick up by 7:00PM. I arrived at 7:00PM on Dec 25th to find it closed. I called them and they said they had closed for Christmas. I spoke to Nithya at Excello and she said they weren't told it was closing early until 5PM that day and so they left immediately. There was no call or anything and she refused to take accountability for the error. Horrible customer service. She insisted that I pick it up tomorrow and pay the full amount. Extremely disappointed - absolutely no professionalism and courtesy. Don't ever give your clothes there!

very good Drycleaners & Dryers in the city as this is best place to get the valuable clothes cleaned and dry..as they ensure safety and removal of every dirt from the clothes ...charges are very competitive
