This is terrible place to get your sofa repaired. I had bought a corner sofa few years back from this shop and I had approached them this jan to get few repairs done. Only prompt thing they had done do far was picking it for repair from my home. Ever since that I am behind them to get it back. It has been 4 long months. Every time o call i get a default answer that there had been some issue with their service factory and it will be delivered within a week. They are shameless to repeat the same answer countless number of times. I advice all to never get in touch with this dishonorable outlet which has got workers with phd in lying. I am now trying to get it back unserviced which has not been fulfilled as well:(

The best recommended name for this company is "Unfair Deal" all that they have is only web of lies. Got a L shape sofa for ?24000 in 2014. Down these years one of the few provided pillows lost its zipper and one of the seating area got torn just a small bit (we are any ways managing it for 6 months without further damaging it). They had boasted a 5 year warranty and free repair. Hence when I called they responded after almost 1 and a half month and many calls and one direct visit say that the product is under warranty and they will charge me just ?4000 (?2800 for the cloth and ?1200 for transport). The torn cloth is a piece of white cloth of 1 foot by 1 foot that needs to be mended and you charge me ?2800? Just sick guys. Thanks for making me write this unpleasant review. Unfortunate I could not mark you anything lesser than 1 star.

They are having very massive furniture show room .but ,they dont have the timing delivery sense.i bought one wardrobe from this dealer.i paid money on the spot day 1 (friday). i asked to fit mirror front of wardrobe. they also agreed & charged for that mirror .then , it would be deliver day 3 evening session.i also agreed & i intimated dont delay further. day 3 no body call to my number, i inquired status. they told, it will be deliver 6.30 pm & its coming with glass and already under transport for dispatch. 7.30 ,8.30 ,9.)0 , pm ,,,,,no body call to my number.again ,i call fair deal show room number, they said it would be reach with in 9.30 again and given driver number . i contact driver they didnt pick the phone and agian called to show room person he is not pick the phone............they r not respod..... .............finally , i decide to sleep & lock the door 11.15pm . in that period , delivery man came & fitting the ward robe with out mirror. why should i wait for 3 days. this is the way to doing business with out customer satisfaction................

this shop is very good...we can select furniture from their website also...and order..it facility is excellent...it is large shop...
