As an Organization is more prone to security hazards, to maintain its high reputation, the FS AND FS, considers it is necessary to ensure that all possible mishaps, injuries, fire etc. are prevented and on rare occasions, when they do occur handled with competence. We also consider that all security operations are carried out in a subtle and tactful manner without it being to FEAR OR FAVOURISM 1) Periodical checks etc: Senior officers of this agency will visit your unit periodically and supervise the performance of the security personnel and suggest precautionary steps to effect from time to time. 2) Mode of Recruitment: Recruitment of security personnel is made from the district sainik board for Ex-servicemen and Home guards from the home guards training centre and civilian staff locally by news paper/advertisement 3) Statutory Requirements: Our Company has been register under Shops& Establishments act, ESIC and EPF 4) All security staff recruited are thoroughly vetted out and their character and antecedents verified by the local police/references from gazetted officers and persons staying along side the person to be recruited. a) Original educational certificates. b) Original govt documents. c) Police verification from the local police. d) Present and permanent address. e) Finger prints of the individual. On completion of all these formalities security staff are recruited and then given on job training depending upon the unit which they are to be posted and then only they will be Posted to the unit concerned. 5) Clients Meeting: Our organization has a unique programme of meeting the clients once in a month with a clients book, by our field officer to have any suggestion /complaint / instruction from our clients and the same will be complied with immediate effect. Apart from this once in a month Chief Executive/Manager will meet the concerned persons and discuss about security aspects. 6) Our office will operate round the clock throughout the week and our clients can contact us at any time they require. 7) In order to maintain quality services we have well-trained and experienced field officers to carry out surprise checks and patrolling any part of the day and nights. SELECTION The utmost attention is given to our personnel in accordance with the strength & parameters laid down as a policy. This includes education, age, physical fitness and background. All employees are subjected to vigorous vetting. Further, the Internal Security Department is solely responsible for verification and background checks on service records of each employee. TRAINING Before deployment, it is mandatory for all Faithful Security and Facility Services personnel to undertake basic security training, which imparts the necessary skills to perform duties. In addition to lessons on basic guarding skills, they are taught the rudiments of First Aid, Fire Fighting and Self Defence. The training process is ongoing and progressive throughout the employee’s career to refresh and further develope their knowledge. SUPERVISION Mangers, Field Officers and Patrolling Supervisors who are constantly Checking on our assignments and guards. This is further backed by a 24 hours control room staffed with Hindi and English speaking personnel so that both clients and guards can obtain assistance at any time. Operational Details:- Daily visits: Area Managers conduct daily visits to check and monitor satisfactory conduct of daily work and to handle special day-to-day instructions from the client. They also ensure proper attire and conduct of guards & correct procedures being followed and the vigilance of the security personnel. Night visits: A minimum of two night checks will be conducted by the Area Managers every week. These will be at odd hours after 00.00 hrs midnight.
