Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

One of the worst service centres. It's been 8 days and no one has contacted me and and not picking up my call. They created a group but no responses from any of them. They are either hanging up my call or the rest of their numbers are switched off. I strongly don't recommend it.

Hi This is in regards to a service centre in Noida (UP) which is associated with you and their behaviour or service quality. It would be great for you too if you blacklist it because sooner or later it can spoil your clientele too. I’m sharing my feedback regarding them, This is the worst place you can get your vehicle serviced, they don't have experienced staff. and most importantly the owner of this place doesn't have etiquettes or even sense of talking. his statement after his staff bumped my car was that " you already have got car for insurance claim bcoz you bumped it so what's the big deal if we did it too". And secondly I got may car after 45 days. I f you are sending your car here trust me plz don't, you won't regret anything badly than this that you gave Fidato service centre your car. They couldn't even fix the the AC connections properly. First thing they do after taking in your car is they dismantle it asap so that now u can't change the service centre
