Very bad service. They no given information regarding parcel even never contact to customer. Their all no are wrong/invalid. They should close.

Really i have never seen such bad courier service in my life as First Flight Odisha. They don't have time sense as well they don't know how to behave with a customer. And they place the materials to unknown person instead of handing over to the right person.

Don't ever trust this courier service. They deliver the consignment after 1 month. I would rate 0 out of 100. And 0 star out of 5.

My Elder sister send 1 envelop from Faridabad to BBSR (RAKHI) after 3/4 days later one phone call our local first flight br. call me some mr lenka he said one envelop come to our office to your name so, pl collect same I said why I collect you send it my address he said no service in your site or address so you collect i said this not possible now I am in office he said OK we send it back , why this type of courier service reply like this this the service of First Flight I am very much surprise of this type of service your in Bhubaneswar try under stand my problem

If you are delivering and sending a parcel through this service in coimbatore, Mark my words: "Be ready to test your patience level with First Flight. You'll literally have to beg them for an update and delivery. Their answer would be we are held up and if you want a quick delivery you can come and collect it from our head office which is 20 kms away from the main city". My pan card reached the coimbatore head office on Feb 10th 2016 and I received the delivery on 22nd feb. They seem to have about 7 8 branches in coimbatore, of which 6 have no existence and numbers which never connects.<br/>

I sent the document from Bhubaneswar to USA through this people. They charged Rs. 1850 to send the courier and they delivered the document within 5 days. Work done by them was really nice. I refer this courier service to others.
