First Flight Couriers Ltd. Sector 2 Noida

I sent a shipment to Muktsar Punjab on 12/09/2017 from Noida. The parcel left from noida hub on 12/09/2017 itself and reached their Bhatinda office on 13/09/2017 and then on 14/09/2017 it went out for delivery however the parcel hasn't been delivered yet. The status on their website was showing out for delivery from 14/09/2017 to 16/09/2017 and later on 17/09/2017, the status got changed to Delivered on 14/09/2017. God knows where they'd delivered this parcel and moreover all their contact numbers are either out of service or wrong numbers. They don't even reply to emails. Such a pathetic and disgusting customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life.

Very worst service. there is no way to contact with customer care. Within noida sector 2 to noida sector 5 for only 4 km. They deliver after 10 days very very late. I will never recommend for any work to use this courier service.

As I was wanted to receive an important parcel from this courier,they are very irresponsible,the shipping timing was one day but they have delayed me one week,i tried to contact them many times,but the number they provide is all invalid,there is no any way to communicate the concern people...

Normally I used this First Flight Couriers Ltd.. For sending and receiving the from all over the india.charges depends upon the weight of the parcel. Their service was very good. Till now we haven't received any complain regarding their service. They used to deliver the parcel on time.good service by them.

Send the couriers through First Flight Couriers…they are very professional in doing their service…without any delay and damage,they doing the courier service…I am very satisfied with their service…
