I had ordered books from Pune to Bangalore. Shipment arrived at Bangalore on the second day itself but due to insufficient staff it got delayed by almost 4-5 days. Finally i had to go to their office and collect it.

Worst Service ever. Parcel took just 1 day to reach their office in Sarjapur from Rajsathan , it has been 4 days and it has not been delivered yet ! Nobody even bother to attend the call.
