First Flight Ernakulam Cochin

Very bad and poor service. They Don't understand the importance of the documents sent by one person to another person. I haven't got the envelope till now which was despatched from my native PLACE on 20.11.17, though it has been shown that the parcel has been received on 29.11.17. It was despatched to my office address. I have asked my office staff regarding that matter, but they told me that they had not received the parcel. Even my contact no.was mentioned on the envelope, but courier agency has not done any contact with me. From the next time, I will avoid First Flight and will tell everybody to avoid the First Flight courier. I also tried to contact with First Flight agencies by phone, but have not got any response from them. Ultimately, people will not get the proper service from them due to their carelessness, though they are taking g huge amount of fees, which is non refundable.
