seriously pathetic service. My relative ordered some products from first cry (Bangalore). The consignment was divided in two parts. The first one they dint deliver and made me collect from their office,giving an excuse that my address could not be tracked. Whereas my house is hardly 3km away. The second pack is yet to be delivered. When i made a call they simply said their boy returned back as there was no one in the house. My whole family was at home and no when even came down. A Big fat lie. They always make some or other excuse.
