my parsal came to dehli in before 10 days and i call costmore care and he take my event details after that he told me i don't no about your parsal you can call costom office. after that i call 100 times in costom office but no budy pickup my call ......this is very bed service ..... i really thankfully that person who can take my call and i talk......

The worst and the stupidest service I've ever seen! They got my package and same day sent back to my family without calling me, even more they sent it to Mumbai. Package reached Delhi on 7th December now is 11 February and my mum didn't get package yet to send me again. People who work there should start use their brains otherwise rest people get crazy !!!

So shameful, they aren't answering my call....it took almost 8-9 days I've not received my parcel..so poor service.

What were the " pros and cons"? These people certainly aren't pros and being the thieving buggers they are, they should be cons. They received my parcel, but, it never left their office. I hope whoever took it home with them is enjoying my stuff. I would give them zero stars if I could!
