I sent a letter to Hyderabad to my advocate who is yet to receive it after six days whereas tracking record shows as packet delivered. Now we have to waste time chasing further information. Use Speed Post, DTDC or DHL for better and safe experience.

i didnt recieve my parcel still which was sent on 5/2/2015,initially it was sent through ondot but later it was transferred to franch express,am not able to find the current status of my parcel,it was an important one from my family..kindly check it

From Chennai to Pollachi I have sent a parcel through this courier service. They charged me Rs.30 per kg and they delivered it safely. They delayed in delivering the items apart from that I am pleased with their service.

Engaged these people to send 1 ton Split AC from Chennai to Hyderabad. They quoted me Rs.3000, these people took a week to deliver my goods. Also, I was found crack in my AC. I am not happy to use their service.<br/><br/>
